Whatd you think of Jenelle? Im actually surprised no one else posted about her sooner..

She reminds me of a worse verison of Farrah. Like come on?! First off dont yell like that in front of your beeb! Next you dont take care of your baby like at all (at least thats the impression I got). What do these girls think? Oh Ill have my baby and continue how my life was?! Wakeup!!

Oh man, I hated that chick! She didn't even want to be around her baby and she was horrible to her own mother.

Watching the previews for this season makes me sick to my stomach. They all just look so trashy compared to the first season's girls. I feel like this is the same as Girls Next Door & I just won't liek these ones. That said, I missed last night's episode b/c DH I were watching a basketball game, but I'll definitely catch one of the billion re-runs.

I feel the same way, I liked alot of the 16&pregnant girls from last season and I feel like i "know" them. The same way I liked and "knew" Kendra, Holly, and Bridgette from Girls next door, when they left I never watched another episode. I wish Teen Mom would continue on with the same girls! But I think the girls that are on 16&pregnant this season will be on Teen Mom on its next season, right?

There are so many amazing one liners from the episode last night. I put it on when they re-aired it and even DH stayed up watching it with me and was like "This is like watching a train wreck......".

When she was giving her friend advice on when to have a baby "You should be married...and like, have a car....etc." Hahahahahaha.

"If you don't let me go out tonight I'm going to leave and take him with me and you will never see any of us again." That whole thing was heartbreaking.

I didn't think it was possible to find a more immature person than Farrah. Did she give any reasons for not placing the baby for adoption even after she realized that she was not interested nor mature enough to parent?

Urgh - These kinda shows bug me. They only seem to show the teen parents who are all about Drama. They never show the teen moms and dads who acutally have a brain between their ears!

No Heather she didnt. But then the mother realy peed me off saying how basically she didnt have to do anything for her baby and she would do it. HELLO MAKE HER!!

I live with my mother too, and itd be a mighty fine cold day in hell before I EVER let her take care of my baby entirely or she let me get away with that. I understand that Im a few years older than her, but not by that much. Pregnancy and beebs make you grow up. I dont get how to some people that doesnt happen?!

I no longer can watch shows like this. It makes me mad and upset. We don't have cable anymore anyways although I'm sure I could watch on line.

Um, watched it and WOW. This girl is a complete idiot. How do you have a baby and not even care for it, and just be so diconnected. It didnt bother her one bit to go out every night and have her mother who is far past the caring for a newborn stage, take care of her baby. I felt so bad for that mom all she wanted was for her stupid idiot of a daughter to grow up and take care of her baby. Jason and I got sooooo pissed so many times watching this episode. I couldnt believe when she said something along the lines of "my mom is crazy if she thinks im gonna give up my friends too...." UMMMM....you got pregnant at 17 and you think your life is going to go back to exactly how it was before? I would say that her mom should just NOT take care of him and put all the responsibility on her daughter, but then I dont think he would get taken care of at all. So I see where the mom is in a conflict. So horrible.

Yeah I actually feel so bad for the mom...I mean she didn't really have a choice to NOT care for that little cutie since clearly her daughter wasn't interested in doing it. It was very apparent that if SHE wasn't the one doing the care, he wouldn't get taken care of. At least with Farrah, when her mom said she couldn't help her right then, Farrah would do it herself. Not just threaten to leave and never see her again or worse....leave and take the baby with her.

I have a feeling that the majority of the girls on this season are going to be like this for the "shock factor". And it sucks because it's kind of losing the point of 16 & Pregnant, which was I think to show teenagers that it ISN'T easy - it is tough and comes with compromises and lots and lots of changes. They profiled some good kids in the original season....but now they are just going to start showing people like this girl.

I guess I'm biased because I've personally been in the situation...but when you have a situation like Catelynn and Tyler who CLEARLY would have made amazing parents make the responsible choice to place Carly....and then you follow it up with a brat like Janelle who isn't even slightly interested in her son and puts all the responsibility on her mother...why isn't anyone saying adoption then?

I agree with you Ash, it is horrible. I just dont get it. I never wanna hear about that girl again, she is so dumb and shouldnt have that beeb. Someone who actually loves and wants to care for him should have him! I shouldnt say that, maybe she really does love him..but she sure does have a funny way of showing it..

The mom actually made me the most angry. It's a shame that I already expected the girl to be a poor mother? But the mom, ugh I wish she would stop making such horrible comments to her daughter and just talk to her. At least from what the episode showed, there was no huge talk before this child was born about laying down what was expected of each of them. And even though the dad is a deadbeat, what good is it to constantly yell at him and bash him to the daughter.
