I just want you ladies to know I am reading and trying to keep up with everyone...however I cannot post alot because our computer at home went down and DH had to reboot the operating system...he is scared of viruses now and our cookies won't let me log in at home to post. We also had to wait to order a new power cord so for a long time the computer wouldn't even turn on cause the battery was drained (its a laptop). So at work I'm slammed cause its tax season and can't get on and post like ever. However I wanted to update you all and ask for some prayers for Nora. She has RSV - tested positive on Tues - and is having pretty severe respiratory problems. She was almost admitted to the hospital tuesday but the doc wanted to try aggressive at home breathing treatments first - she gets checked again today at 11:30 to see if she can stay out of the hospital. They worry about dehydration with this cause the babies don't want to drink bottles cause the inflammation and mucus make it hard to suck...on top of that she has thrush in her mouth so that makes it painful to eat too. She has been doing pretty well with her bottles though. So please pray for Nora so she can stay out of the hospital. She's such a little trooper though - still smiling!

Thanks ladies and I'll try to get my cookies straight at home so I can post a bit more often...I'm lurking and stalking though!

**Update**
So Nora is doing well enough to stay home and continue with her treatments YIPEE! She is still very contagious and needs to be monitored closely so we have to keep her home thru most of next week. My DH has to work nights the next 5 nights and I'm hoping my parents will not go out of town this weekend so they can stick around and help me. I'm going to need it! Please continue to pray for my Nora beanie .....thanks girls!

Oh geez, that's what Henry had, RSV. It's so scary hearing them try to breathe. That's exactly what they told me, that as long as they are staying hydrated. I hope Nora continues to drink!

Thats great that the at home treatment is working. How long did the doc say that it normally lasts? Is it re-occurring? What are the causes of it?

sorry for the thousands of ?s. I'm too lazy to look it up right now.
