I know you'll be delivering soon. Do you have any specific plans for your delivery? Are you hoping for all natural, or are you just taking it as it comes? And most importantly, are you delivering at my home base RGH??

I'm delivering at Highland with a midwife, planning on an all natural birth! As of this moment I wont even need IV's or anything while in labor...but my midwife supports my plan of laboring at home for as long as possible and basically showing up at the hospital to push and going home soon after, haha.

I'm on day #3 of false labor and starting to turn into Mrs. Crankypants. I think I'm mostly frustrated today because I had a couple hours of real, need the birthing ball and need to breathe through them contractions last night. Instead of waking up my hubby to time them, I decided to try and rest a little before they got too bad and then they stopped. I let myself get really excited that it might be the real deal and I shouldn't have. Now I'm having the odd contraction here and there and I'm tired of the birthing ball. But only 3 more weeks of this at the most, haha.

I can't believe it's so close! I hated all the false labor pains but I was glad for them in the end. I ended up being three CM's before labor even started so it was like a free pass! And my labor was really quick and pretty easy so I will hope it works that way for you too!

Ugh, I had an episode of false labor with Loch at 39 weeks and after contracting every couple minutes FOR HOURS with no cervical change it stopped and I went home empty handed. It was very deflating and frustrating but 6 days later it was the real deal and I was holding my little guy and you will be soon too!!

It really is deflating...every other time, I KNEW that it wasn't going to amount to anything but last night it really felt like it was the real thing, and I let myself get excited and think that I was finally starting the labor I want and that he was on his way and all those emotions that go with it. And then....Nolan said "Pttthhpppppthhhhhhhhhh" and that was that. They were coming pretty regular and were really intense and everything.

I am of the "babies come when they are ready" camp and dammit if I didn't think he was ready last night!!!!!! ......

I hope he decides to make his appearance soon! I'm already getting uncomfortable, I can only imagine what full term feels like.

Yeah, false labor really sucks. I was the same way with Loch, I just *knew* that was going to be it and then it wasn't. Nolan will be here so soon though, I'm sure it's just a matter of days at this point!

False labor DOES suck!! I went INTO labor like that, and after 24 hours Kennedi was like F this! My womb is WAYYYYY better than coming out and meeting everyone whose waited SOOOO patiently for me!

Wouldnt it be soo funny if you and my sister had the boys on the same day?!
