Sara said I have to update about the J man. So here we go!

So... we just finished day 13 of antibiotics and technically have 1 to go, but we're done. J.J has developed his first ever nasty diaper rash which is making him a grumpy goo. We think its a combo of the antibiotics and switching him back to his regular formula.

We do believe he has a milk protein allergy. We are waiting a week to see what his body does off antibiotics, and if he is still have green watery nasty diarrhea, its back onto soy. He was a happy baby on the soy. Might be the answer to everything for all we know.

For those who missed it -- The ENT told us to do tubes.

We are going to wait. The chiropractor seems to be doing him well. Ever since he started going he has been SLEEPING THROUGH THE NIGHT (). From about 7:30pm-6:15am. It has been wonderful. Spring is also around the corner so he should theoretically not get as sick as much. If he is still getting ear infections in the summer, or while at the chiropractor -- then we are gonna do the tubes. But for now, we are just gonna hold off on that.

We have a recheck with his ped on Tuesday. I am still searching for a new one. There is one I am interested in, they are much closer then his ped is now, so I am hoping to interview them soon. We have decided to not vax at all, so we need to find a ped who is not vax friendly. Our ped is very not vax friendly. (Its actually hard to get her to give J.J antibiotics for his ears!). But I am just not happy with some of the stuff that's gone down.

J.J's first tooth is just about half way grown in already!!! Boy when those things cut through they just take off like a weed! We introduced him to cheerios and Gerber puffs, and he hates them He also had his first high chair experience out at dinner last night and did 100% super! We were complimented on how quiet he was! (paper kept him entertained) and today was his first day in the shopping cart at target (I got one of those seat protectors) and he LOVED it. He was happy to see a different view. He helped me shop and picked out a boat for himself apparently... before I knew it he had a toy boat in his hands LOL. He also says "Dada" and "Dog" all day long. He even calls the cats, dog LOL.

As for me, I am ho-humming along. Work and grad school and being a mom is all very tiring!

Poor JJ. He can't seem to get a break. I'm sorry about the diaper rash. I'm happy to hear that the treatment by the chiropractor seems to be working. Cheers to him sleeping through and cutting his first tooth.

Can't wait to see the pics!

I'm so glad he's starting to get better! The diaper rashis no fun but it's better than constant ear infections! I really hope things continue to improve from here! Thanks for the update!
