AF finally came and this morning I realized this is my first real Since just after Seamus was born and I've forgot how painful mine were. (IUD after Seamus only had Af few times while on that, after removal just had bleeding from removal not real af, and nothing after that-found out pregnant w/ K, and all the issues from after K was born most know from the private forums but it wasn't actually af).
And of course we are out of Ibprophen(sp) and I don't even want to move.

That sounds awful. I can't survive AF without some kind of med. I hope you feel better soon.

I'm sorry Justine! Can you somehow get a hot bath in to help with the cramps?

Your still BF, right? I use to get bad cramps if I didn't take Aleve right when I started my period. Ever since I got mine back after having Oliver I've had no cramping. I'm guessing it's because I'm still BF. I know everyone is different though.
It must be extra hard since it's your first real AF in so many years. Plus with having two young ones running around it makes it harder. I hope your feeling better.

Ya still bfing (6-8x's a day and 2x's a night). I've always had bad af's thought, I'm wondering if my cysts are back and thats why they are so bad. TMI but I've also go through more then half of a 44 pack of pads since AF started last week
