Do you ever get manicures or pedicures? If so, how often?

depends where I'm living LOL When overseas I got them both weekly ($9) here in the states I get a pedicure about every 3 months, no manicures.

Yes, but hardly ever. I cant even remember the last time. I am a little more worried about getting infections and such.

i have never had a pedi, im way to ticklish to let anyone near my feet. last mani i had was just before i had my nails done before my wedding

I (up until a few months ago) got acrylic nails every 2 weeks, and pedicures probably once a month only in the summer time though (for the pedicures). Now after watching them for so long I decided to do it myself (not acrylics just the french manicure on my real nails) so i went and bought everything they use and do them myself now probably once a week. It looks so much prettier than the fake nails. And its so easy because I just draw a thick white line on the tip of my nails then with a flat brush dip it into nail polish remover and make the line perfectly straight across.

Nope. I did before my wedding, but that's it. We don't have the extra green for that.

I should do my own nails. Maybe when I start getting a bit more free time...

Only for special occasions. So maybe twice a year. I don't enjoy pedicures b/c my feet are so ticklish. Plus I feel like most nail salons are not clean. Every time I've went I've seen them do shady things. And they rush like crazy. The last thing I need is a fungal infection.

If I were to get them regularly, I'd go to a nice hair salon/spa place, not a nail salon.

I went to school to do hair, make up, and nails so I do it myself but I would LOVE to have someone else do it for me sometime I haven't had a mani or pedi from someone else in, hmm... 3 years? Whoa...

I haven't had a mani & pedi in probably about a year.... I have only gotten the acrylic nails a few times and I just prefer to get them painted because I find the acrylic ruins my nails If it was up to me I would get a pedi about once a month, but I just never get around to going that often... The lady I go to isn't that expensive and she is the sweetest lady ever!!!

I don't like to keep up with acrylics b/c I never think fill-ins look right. So I just get fake nails for special occasions - my e-pictures, my wedding, etc. I like having them but I don't think I'd like it all the time.

I don't like having fingernails painted a color so I very very rarely get manicures. I like to keep my nails short. Right now they're all grown out the same length and I'm contimplating having them done though.

I really want a pedicure. I get them every couple months. I haven't since around HAlloween though b/c my feet wer eSO SO SWOLLEN during the end of my pregnancy I couldn't imagine making anyone touch them, even if they were being paid! haha. Plus I hated the ccomments about my belly I got from the ppl at the nail salon. DH painted my toenails for me the night I went into labor.

I am going to go soon though. I even have a gift certificate!

I tend to get pedicures fairly regularly, once a month or so. Manicures I only get for special occasions and most of the time I just end up doing it myself.

if i could afford it I'd bet both done about once a month. maybe i'll start getting pedi's again in the summer, since i'm always in flip flops. mostly I do my own nails

hardly ever - never a pedi...I chew my finger nail and pick my toenails..wish I didn't but I did...boo someday I promise myself I'll stop...I'm working on it!
