I know I have 12 days til my EDD but I don't know how much longer I can go. The pain in my lower pelvis is so excrutiating I can barely walk. Most days I end up in tears it's so bad. The intense pressure isn't helping either. I'm contracting A LOT and obviously nothing to show for it. I have moved well beyond BHs, these are real contractions. No matter how much lotion I slather on myself or how much water I drink it doesn't matter, the skin on my belly is so tight and being stretched so much it's splitting. I have never had a pregnancy this painful before. Even at 40 weeks with Lochy I wasn't that uncomfortable--besides it being August with no a/c. Emotionally I'm done, physically I'm beyond done. I'm just starting to get over a really bad cold too. I hate to complain but I just don't know how much longer I can be in this much pain; not like there's anything I can do about it though.

Goodness Jenn, that sounds miserable!  I'm sorry you are in so much pain. Hopefully Lila will make an early debut.

i wish there was something that could ease the pain, maybe could you take some tylenol at this point? i really hope lila comes out soon sweetie, as lisa said, hang in there. we're here for you, vent any time you like!

Thanks guys. At this rate I'll probably still be pregnant in April though. It would be easier to handle if I knew when she was coming. Someone needs to come up with a test to tell you when you'll go into labor!

I cant even imagine how u feel. I know sometimes I feel like my stomach is tight from her stretching out and moving so much but I cant imagine it to the point of my tummy cracking

I'm sorry you are so uncomfortable. I hope she decides to come early for you. Maybe try all the old wives tales: eat some pineapple and some of that eggplant stuff.
