The darker shade does stand out more. I would choose this over the first one. You're going to be simply gorgeous.

I think it looks good. For my wedding pics though, i really liked the most natural as possible. A natural pink, with a tan in the crease looked great on camera. You and I have a different complexion though... so i guess i'm not much help!

I would do a nude lipstick with this eye because its so dramatic.
For my wedding, I had a champagne colored shadow all over the lid with a darker brown in the outer corner, blended up and then a highlight under my browbone. I really loved it, it was so perfect. And I would definitely do a nude-pinky type color no reds or darker pinks. And do a coral type peachy blush not pink! That would look so barbie-ish (for a wedding day). Makeup is my THING! I love it...last year I had so many people wanting me to do their makeup for weddings and stuff I almost started doing what ive wanted to do all my life, freelance makeup artistry...but I got too busy with the wedding and didnt have time! I still want to do it!

I love this look! You look gorgeous! I agree with either a light bronzer or maybe just a light pink shimmer powder. MAC Cosmetics makes a great all over shimmer powder that isn't too dark/glittery.
Girl, you look fab! Cannot wait for piccies!

Ahhh very pretty! You look fabulous! I wish I was this good at doing make-up!!!! The main reason I don't wear much is that I end up looking like a clown.

This looks really beautiful. I prefer it to the other. I would listen to Ashley, I like her ideas.
Oh and you are going to be such a beautiful bride, I can't wait to see the pics!

I agree with Ashley. While your looks are beautiful I generally see that women on their wedding day want to look more of a natural beauty rather than a color all over the lid. It also depends on what type of makeup you are used to. I work full time or mac cosmetics and have don quite a few weddings. Ibwould try a light wash of a champagne type shadow all over the lid, take a deeper brown but not too dark and blen into the outer corners for that smokey effect without it being too harsh. Since your eyes are a tad deep set I would avoid dark shadows in your crease since that will make your eyes appear deeper. Take your liner (pencil) and lightly line upper ld and inside water line on the bottom. Take a small angeles brush and soften up the line a bit. Use a like pearly color under your brow bone and bam. A beautiful wedding look! I think a blush that has more of a mauve/plum tone would be gorgeous on you. Or even just a bit of a golden bronzer If you have any questions about specific colors or techniques please ask. Feel free to pm me as well! I can definitely reccomend great products for your day.
Dont take this the wrong way though! Sorry I'm posting on my phone. You are beautiful. If you want to use the colors you have on I would just take a tiny bit of black shadow and blend into the corner very softly togive a tad more demension for the pics
