Anyone want to share the link to their registry with me???

DH and I plan to start doing our registry soon.. My baby showers aren't until June, but we want to register at two places and I want to take my time doing it so we may go back a few times to add things!!

Any BTDT moms have any advice on some must haves and some don't waste money on items??

Any advice on doing the whole registry thing will be greatly appreciated!!!

My Target Registry

My Babies R Us Registry

I dont have a crib, bouncer, high chair, rocker/glider, or baby monitor on my registry since I already have those items.

LMAO I got one started but its just basically stuff that I didnt want to forget that I wanted...if that makes sense!! pretty much dont get any seasonal items, or things you know wont be there in a few months. Remember that new stuff is ALWAYS coming out, so keep in mind youll want to exchange a few things. Unless its a big item, I usually just buy it spur of the moment, to save my registry from "online only" things or "out of stock", KWIM? I wouldnt register for towels, clothes or blankets. Most of these get changed out super quick!

Here are a few don'ts:

Dreft (you can get all free and clear cheaper and actually most babies skin isn't so sensitive regular detergent wouldn't work - mine were fine and DH and I are fair)

wipe warmer - I didn't want to get my kids used to that and then have them fuss when we were out and about and the wipes were not warm.

bottle sterlizers etc.

too many paci's - neither of my kids used em much and Nora only uses a certain kind very rarely.

too many newborn clothes (especially anything with overall type pants....does NOT work on a newborn)

I personally think putting nursing stuff (like pads etc.) on a registry is kind of I dunno gross.....plus you don't want a whole bunch of nursing stuff if for some reason the nursing thing doesn't go according to plan.

too many blankets - people may make them for you and stuff

HOpe that helps!
