Nothing is wrong haha, just wanted to clarify that right away.

So a couple years ago my in laws built two spec homes with relatives. They sold one house quickly but are still trying to sell the second one, which they are currently living in. It's been costing them a fortune to live in and it's an hour away from us, from their lives (work friends family etc) here in town. They have had lots of viewings but nothing.

The people in the other house have talked with them a couple of times and have shown interest. The husbands mom is looking for a better place to live, close to them, suitable for an elder etc etc etc. So her place is being sold today and things are being finalized TODAY.

She's coming tomorrow to check out the place with her son and daughter in law (these houses were built right next door to each other so it's great location). The daughter in law saw it a couple days ago and was so excited to see how the inside really suits her MIL.

SO PLEASE PLEASE pray or do whatever it is you do that she loves it and her house sells and she buys this one!!!!

If they sell their house they will need to pay for storage and then they are renting a smaller apt here in town (down sizing to save money and they want to go long haul trucking together) so they want to pay US to store their stuff, which means us getting into a WAY WAY better living situation and giving them a room/basement/ or part of a garage to keep their stuff secure. They would pay what they would normally meaning us paying less in rent.

I really hope this happens!

Thanks girls!! We seriously need to get outta this place!! But doubling our rent is so hard! We can afford it but we want to get a head not just "make it" ya know? So having help with either them renting a suite or storage from us would make it possible to get a really nice place and we can still save for a house

Wednesday it should be final but they have a written agreement or whatever whatever Haha.

The ladies finances from the other place goes through on Wednesday so if that goes through then it will be going straight to my in laws.

Time to look for a new place to live
