Maybe it is too soon to be charting. I still have crosshairs even though my temps are very low. So annoying. I don't like not knowing what is going on in there. Anyone have any input? Maybe AF could be on her way?

I read something that you can get your first af after a baby without Oing. I don't think I should have crosshairs at all. FF always bugged me.

I don't know. I'm not charting because I'd just drive myself wacko. I'd rather just test every few weeks when I'm getting laid. Just in case.
Is it possible to ovulate but then not have a period (while BFing?) There were a few times I've gotten some EWCM but then I never did get AF so I assume I didn't actually ovulate.
I thought your thermometer was broken??

Your lucky you've gone nine months with out AF (well more like 18 but you know what I mean).
I got my AF exactly 4 weeks after my PP bleeding. And it was on time or close to it (I think there were a couple times it was a few days late). Nursing never stopped my from ovulating.
I hope things get settled for you soon.

I bought another one Shannon. Turns out, the first wasn't broken. Now I have 2.

I have no idea but you went really long without AF. I had AF 2 months after I had Amara.

for those that got af sooner, were your babies sttn earlier? Jack started going 12 hours through the night and I have noticed increased uterine activity - which I am assuming is my cycles starting back up again - since.

I did after I had Ethan. My cycle was on day 90 or something ridiculous like that when I finally gave up on it. There were a couple times that ff gave me crosshairs, but then a couple weeks later they always disappeared....
My first ppaf with Ethan, I didn't o. Then my next cycle was 60 days and I ovulated that time.
With Alyssa, I didn't chart. I don't really even remember any details about my first ppaf with her.
I do know that after both of them I had off and on patches of ewcm for MONTHS before af finally returned.
Looking at your chart though, Michelle, it does look like you may have o'd....

I didn't even bother charting before getting a PP AF with Lochy and that didn't happen til he was 13 1/2 months. I do know I ovulated before that though my LP was only 6 days. Your body will most likely gear up to ovulate several times before it actually does. It is frustrating not being able to tell whats going on in there but you'll be able to tell better once AF does arrive for the first time.
I don't resume ovulation until I'm down to about 4 nursings in a 24 hours period but it is different for everyone.

I have not charted since having Oliver. I don't know how well it would work because I'm up at night and ealy morning with Oliver. I got my first ppaf at 9 months. I got ewcm several times before it returned.

I got AF back the beginning of this month. I was still breastfeeding then, but I did stop 2 weeks ago. And Kylie has been sttn since she was 1 week old, so I was actually fully prepared for AF to come sooner. I just started charting about a week ago, and it looks like my body is back to it's normal pre-O pattern, and depeneding on what my temps do the next few days, it looks like I O'ed this cycle around cd19. I don't think I O'ed last month before I got AF, although I do remember having some ewcm, so maybe I did. I wish I had charted, but I didn't want to chart until AF came back.

I had ewcm a couple of times too. I took a test today and it was negative. 8 dpo isn't too early, right? It helped me feel better anyways!
