My temp dropped ALOT today so I definitely think the IUI was perfectly timed.

The IUI went perfectly! My RE said the circumstances couldnt have been any better, he kept saying how he is "So pleased" and thinks it'll be our first and only IUI. That really makes me happy!

My O pains got SO bad last night, I feel like it was one strong ovulation! It was definitely the worst O pains ive ever had, it actually hurt instead of just me feeling it, it was kind of painful! Then this morning Jason did his thing, you know, and I was looking at the amount in the cup and I was FREAKING out, there was like barely nothing in there. But when I got to the DR's office they told me it was pretty normal looking. So that was a HUGE relief. Anyhoo, of course these things would happen to me...traffic on the highway was backed up for miles I was about 20 minutes late, but they knew about the accident already when I called to tell them I would be late. Then while I was sitting there I realized I forgot the consent form Jason and I signed! UGH! So I called them all hysterical saying were gonna have to reschedule I forgot the consent form on top of being late, its just all falling apart. And the nurse said "Its okay sweetie, calm down. All you have to do is mail it to us, you can sign a consent form today, then get your husbands signature and mail it to us" That was another huge relief. I was beginning to think everything was going wrong for a reason!

The procedure itself wasnt really bad at all. I had alot of cramping while he was doing it, but thats really it. OMG! When he was putting the speculum in... you know how they have to tighten that screw to keep it in place? OMG He tightened it and the skin on my butt cheek was caught in it! That was the most painful part of it all! Its funny though! Then I layed there for 15 mins after it was done and that was it! $411 for about a 5 minute procedure! Im not complaining though, I know thats really cheap comparatively. Oh my trigger shot was another $80 too. Im really really hoping this works girls. REALLY. I have alot of confidence that it will, somehow.

Oh, and ive decided I will be testing out the trigger...I want to make sure if/when I get a line that its a real line! I will do my first test tomorrow morning, and i'll add all my daily tests to this thread! Im SO excited! I've never had more hope in a cycle!

CD14, 1 day past Trigger

CD15, 1DPO/IUI, 2 days past Trigger

CD16, 2DPO/IUI, 3 days past trigger

CD17, 3DPO/IUI, 4 days past trigger

CD19, 5DPO/IUI, 6 days past trigger (Barely there anymore!)

CD22, 8DPO/IUI, 9 days past trigger

CD23, 9DPO/IUI, 10 days past trigger
I think you can see it the best in this pic

Yay!! I am so excited for you LOL at the buttcheek thing What test will you be testing out with?

You got that ovidrel so your eggy was probably mega matured and ripe for the fertilizing! Ahhh I am really excited!! Oh yeah, and I was always freaked about how little went into the cup, especially in DH's case. There is a lot of sperm packed into a tiny amount of man juice ,lol

Wow @ it pinching your butt cheek skin. It sounded kind of funny when I read it so I had to chuckle b/c u said "butt cheek". I'm so weird!!!

Hopefully the end of this cycle, you'll have a blazing and a sticky icky and it'll be the best $491 that you ever spent. When do you go back to have them take your betas? is it 14 days?

I know! I was freaked out, so worried about it! I asked the nurse as soon as I got there if I should just leave and reschedule because there was like nothing in the cup. I didnt realize it was such a small amount that was normal! Its weird because when we dtd and I stand up it feels like ALOT more than that comes out!

I dont know yet what ill be testing out with ...Answer? I have 10 IC's so I need to decide what to do here, what do you think? I have to get them on the way home today (whatever test i'll be using besides the IC's)

I dunno, I never knew which test to use. I always wanted to use FRER - the old ones - but they were so expensive. I did cheapies, but at a certain point they aren't as fun if you are preggy b/c they take forever to get really dark for me. Maybe a cheapie/Answer combo. Both at once! LOL

DH told me a lot more does come out when dtd. Their hands aren't as efficient as our vaginas, LMAO! Plus the pressure and all that. But it is still enough, even if less then they would give under more stimulating circumstances

Wow this is all so exciting!!!

Did they remove your butt cheek skin and redo it or did it stay pinched for the whole thing? hahaha I have NO idea why but that was the first thing that came in my mind.

He was like (in his funny accent) "Whoops, I think I got you there..." and then he unpinched it! It was hard not to laugh at him!
