EPO is *supposed* to help create more fertile CM from what I have read. B6 is often taken to help lengthen the LP part of your cycle.

i wonder what types of fatty acids are in EPO though.....

I a multivitamin, B vitamin complex and soy isoflavones (supposed to be a natural clomid) the cycle before I conceived this little one and the cycle she was conceived. It must have lengthened my LP because I was 11DPO when I got my BFP (possibly 13 DPO) and I never usually made it that far. I don't think I ever would have gotten pregnant without the B vitamins!

Ever since i've been on B6 i've also been O'ing earlier consistently...Normally O'd around CD16-21 and the last three months (while ive been on B6) Ive O'd on CD16 the first month then CD14 the past two months! And my LP has been 14 days! (When it used to differ every single month...10 days, 12 days, 13 days...)

EPO is used to increase CM and should not be taking on or after O b/c it can cause your uterus to contract. I took it for a few months but stopped the month or 2 before my as I wasnt too concerned with having at that moment. Go figure!

All I know about B-6 is that its suppose to help with nausea during pregnancy.

Thanks ladies. I've taken EPO on and off for years as it's suppose to help with period pain, but I guess I should only take it up until I ovulate...

I had also heard that B6 helps with lengthening LP, and as mine was any where from 8 to 13 days, I started taking that a month or two ago... So I guess I heard right!

I'm currently taking 50 mg of B6 once in the morning and once at night (so 100mg per day). You think that's right?

I was taking 100mg B6 per day (one tablet), but I read onl JMs on another board that it's not good for you... i forget the reason now. I cut back to 50mg and it worked eaqually as well. It can take a few months to "kick in". I went from a 9 day LP to around 13 days when I was TTC.

I have heard also EPO is good for PMS symptoms, like the physical and the moods.
