We took Nolan to my favorite place...TARGET today! We even went grocery shopping too and he slept the entire time. I wore him in the Moby wrap, which I looooooooove so very very much. People kept stopping us to see the itty baby and no one tried to touch him because he was on my chest. He had a minor meltdown in the car on the way home because it was OMGEATINGTIMEFEEDMENOW, but all in all it was a great trip!! It's nice to get out and into some "normalcy", even if it did take an hour to actually get out the door, haha.

And here is a picture of us in the parking lot post trip. He looks so tiny!!! I can't believe he is 2 1/2 weeks old already.

Aww! Target was our first shopping trip out too! I got a lot of weird looks wearing her in the moby. One women told me I had the weirdest/highest pregnancy belly she'd ever seen. Another woman came up and she had a 6 month old in a stroller and was talking to me about the moby and when I told Ben she said her son was 6 months he was like OMFG I thought he was a 4 year old - 6 month olds are HUGE!

I'm glad you had a successful trip. Build your confidence up now getting out of the house because I imagine it just gets more difficult as they get older. Lily and I are out and about all the time and she's still always well behaved and sleeps most of the time - it's great! I know in the beginning I was always nervous she'd cry or get hungry and we'd have to abandon the trip or something

Oh Ben! Thats funny.

Glad you guys had fun! I always wore Cambria when I went out to so no one would touch her! Were you tempted to go baby clothes shopping while you were there!?

We walked through the baby section...but sadly enough - he already has a lot of the clothes that are still out up here...hahahaha. The last thing this kid needs is more clothes!

I like you moby. The owl is cute. Have you gone out on your own with Nolan yet? You'll get the hand of it soon. You'll just have to pull over at a moments notice to nurse him in the back seat of your car.

I have not...but next week we are going to spend the day with Great-Granny, so that will be an adventure.

And when he was having his meltdown, I was sitting in the backseat and I seriously was in the process of just leaning over the car seat to pop my boob in his mouth when I realized I had on NO nursing bra because my supportive one was dirty...so I just put on a regular one...and I would have had to really maneuver that puppy to get it in his mouth, hahaha.
