Thanks for thinking of us
I'm sure you can guess why it has taken so long for me to respond
We are doing good. Logan had jaundice when he was born, so he was pretty sleepy for nursing at first. He ended up losing 8% of his body weight in his first week, and even though the nurse said that anything under 10% was 'ok', she started talking about supplementing and freaked me out. We have his 2 week pedi appt on Friday, and I am really hoping that he has gained everything back. He is pooing and peeing the recommended amount and eating like a champ, so I'm taking that as a good sign.
We are adjusting......it is so tough, and so amazing! I could sit and stare at him for hours. I'm averaging about 2-4 hours of sleep a night My night usually goes.....Logan sleeps for about 3 hours, eats, sleeps for about an hour, eats, sleeps for about an hour, eats, sleeps for about 3 hours. We moved the swing into our bedroom and that's where he sleeps, because the napper on the pack n play just wasn't working. Last night, after his two one hour sleep stretches, he didn't even want to eat again, just to be held

He is a very cuddly baby, and very content. He hardly cries, and when he does, he sounds like a kitten
I had no idea that breastfeeding was so physically and emotionally grueling. We have been improving every day, and so far my nips are surviving hehe
We use disposables. I didn't have time to figure out which CD to get, and we live in an apartment, so our laundry is already ridiculous without adding dipes to it.

Passed out.
