I found this article about low progesterone & low hcg..... Low Early Pregnancy 'Hormone' Levels: hCG and Progesterone
basically if there wasn't enough progesterone already, taking it now doesnt do much? is that right? i think it will be a waiting game till 7 weeks when we can see a heartbeat or not since my hcg actually rose to over 36000 last time and was really on track for a healthy pregnancy but that wasn't the case.
i'm SO relieved that you guys can see the line....i'm taking the test in to the doc's office with me! lol

Oh yeah I see it!
LOL and I dont think that you need to take the test to the doc office, I'm pretty sure they'll give you one there and tell you that youre pregnant!

I think you should get your progesterone tested just so you know where it's at. It might not be 'enough' to save this pregnancy if you do have a progesterone issue but then you would know and be able to take progesterone starting in the 2WW next time. I really hope there isn't an issue and this bean is sticky but I just think you might be better off knowing where your progesterone is at!

The line is def still there!! It came up within the time limit too. Docs appt went well, just on my phone in waiting room for blood test now. Should get that back mon-tues, then do another one on Tuesday and see if the levels doubled. Doc still thinks the spotting could be IB, but if this pg ends in loss u can bet I will be asking for progesterone next cycle. Oh and I told dh today too, but I think we r both just cautiously optimistic at this point.
