So I picked up the free photos from Olan Mills today. I just got the one shot since it was free. If you remember, someone made me a baby blanket when I was a baby and my mom used it in one of my photo sessions - so we brought the very same blanket with us to Lily's. Here's the comparisons!

OMG!! If it weren't for the color differences in the photos I would have thought it was the same baby! That is so awesome! So cool that you have the same blanket 
Has Ben tried doing pics of Lily again or has he given up on the newborns/infants? lol.

I was joking around about Lily really being 1/2 vampire since my pics are so pink compared to hers.  
We haven't staged any more photo sessions with her for Ben. I did the St Pattys & Easter pics with my point & shoot because I didn't want to wait for him to have time to do it. He's just been swamped with work and now wedding season and I seriously take like 95% of the photos of her, which kind of sucks but at least I know if I want a good one he can do it. I was so unimpressed with the free olan mills shoot we did and if I wanted to order anything they were gonna charge me like $150! For that crap? pfffft.
However -- for the pregnanat ladies or mamas with newborns -- you can get a free newborn session from olan mills - 1 pose for an 8x10, two 5x's, 8 wallets and 6 announcements w/ envelopes and there's no sitting fee or anything - they just have to be under 3 months old. That's why I went ... it's like a half a mile from our house.... so preggo ladies & newborn mamas should check it out. You can print the coupon from their website

If you didn't say anything or have the pics labeled I wouldn't be able to tell a difference. Lily is truly a mini-you.

you do really look alike, but i see a bit of ben in smuggy's features too 
(ps i told my dh about smuggy balls, i just think thats the best nn evolution ever!)

SMUGGY BALLLSSSSSSS! I really must stop that.
I handed my aunt the 8x10 of this pic and then a 24 year old frame containing 6 pictures of me as a baby so she could compare, but I didn't say anything ... I figured it was obvious the old frame and the old photos weren't Lily, but she didn't notice and then didn't believe me until my mom was like 'no, that's Shannon, really."
