thats what Ive heard!! my midwife keeps telling me that since Ill be at home, it will ease my pain that much more since Ill be in my territory. Here goes nuthin

YAY for last box!!! And you're gonna do great, I so wanted a homebirth with Lila, I'm so happy for you that you get to have yours! I've never had pain meds with any of my kids so if I can (and want to) do it 3 times, so can you!
And what Heather said is true! Just remember to relax, breathe, and trust in yourself and your support team. Oh and keep your face relaxed and tension free--those muscles are linked to your birthing muscles so if you tense up your face your tensing those muscles as well which is obviously counterproductive and causes pain.
