My dh needed me to bring something to him at the office and so i brought my computer in to get fixed. so i'm hanging with the guys in the office and they are all 'oh how's payne, are you basically his nanny?'blahblahblah...it was a fine little chat. then the one guy starts showing me all these pics of his baby, and says oh hey BTW did i tell u we're pregnant again? i'm all 'wow thats so*grittingteeth*ooo great!' and he starts complaining that the kids will be too close in age cause this one was really an oopsie........i wanted to punch him. i kind of still do want to punch him, even though i know its not his fault and he couldnt have known. so i go to tell my dh how crappy that made me feel and he says 'oh yeah Jillian is pregnant too'. some other random chick in the office who i didnt even know had a boyfriend. i swear to god, sometimes men just dont know when to NOT mention things. anywho, i have been in a snit most of the day from it, also my ergo came in furthering my pain. its so super cool though, and i will get to test it out tomorrow with P so thats kind of good i guess.

also half a glass of wine and looking at the recent meetup pics of u girls has gotten me into a MUCH better mood. i just decided that i will not be going into the office again for a very long time!

It sucks doesn't it Stupid fertile people...

Glad you are feeling better though.

PS What is the time difference between us? I always read you messages that you are having a glass of wine, and I'm like "Huh? It's 10.30AM you alcoholic!!" Joking, joking...! It's 10.30am on Thursday 22nd April here, so it must be evening on the 21st where you are?

Well we know you will be huge and gigantic soon so just be as into that wine as you can and have some for me!!!!! And maybe some lunch meat and a hot dog and some tuna and some sushi.... Seriously though, I'm sorry you had to deal with that. You are definitely a better wife than me. I would have slapped DH in front of the whole office for not warning me about stepping into that minefield! Enjoy your wine and (((HUGS)))!

OMG this so reminds me of one of the worst "infertile myrtle" days I ever had... about 2 weeks after my second m/c. A coworker AND my best friend announced their pregnancies on the SAME DAY. I had called my best friend on the way home from work to vent about the coworker, but before I could tell her, she told me she was pregnant. What are the odds. At the same time, THREE of Eric's coworkers were also pregnant, one a single girl "oops", one married but didn't even want another kid because she hated her husband and wasn't shy about saying so.

This is one of those things where it seems like when it rains, it pours. I hope you can find ways to express your frustration but at the same time keep your spirits up that it will soon be you who is unintentionally irritating others with all your pregnancy talk...
