ok! lets get down to business here
i'm currently a few days past the bleeding from my last m/c and had my first bit of fertile CM today which was rather exciting for me! my cervix position is high, soft and open which i find wierd, but i have never really monitored this consistently so i think i am planning on keeping up with that this month just to have an added sign to analyze.
i am planning to use an IC hpt tomorrow morning with FMU to see if all the hcg is out of my system yet....cross ur fingers its all gone! can u get preggo again if theres still hcg lingering around?

No you can not get pregnant with HCG level still up. Also FYI--(I learned this the hard way)....an OPK will test POSITIVE if one of your hormone level is still up (even if to low for a HPT to be positive, sorry I can't think of it right now)...so if you use them to Pee on and get more positives than your normal O time then you most likely still have low levels of the hormones...and that one also will prevent pregnancy. (search my TTC blog--I did a blog about it when I got all excited that I O'd only to find out I didn't).

ok yes i knew about this OPK as HPT thing, since i had used one as an hpt just a week or so ago. so i peed on an OPK yesterday and it was CLEARLY negative, so i will surmise that majority, if not all, of the hcg is gone.
I go to the doctor's today (my OB specialist, i'm only going to him for problems like these m/c's. i plan on using a midwife for a healthy pregnancy). Wish me luck, I hope he listens to me this time......
So that neg opk plus this hpt i took this am with FMU is a good sign

Yay for the tests being negative!! Good luck at your appointment today! I hope you still O this month! I O'd the cycle right after my m/c, it was just later than usual.

i'm having mixed feelings about the appointment. the good news is that my OB took me seriously & thinks that it sounds like something worth looking in to. The bad news is he referred me to an infertility specialist that has kinda bad reviews online. as soon as i read the reviews i was like i am NOT going to that guy. But really i think i ought to give him a try, i mean regardless of how much i like or don't like him i'm going to google all my test results anyways to try and figure out what i need to do. i'm also actually kinda terrified to be going to see this specialist.....i'm supposed to be young and fertile

Sarah I'm glad you are seeing a specialist and keep an open mind you may like it....you'll never know till you try! I hope that you get a sticky bean soon!
and CP was always the BEST indicator for me when TTC Nora!

I think there's nothing wrong with "shopping around" for a specialist so that you are comfortable with who you are going to! I asked around online and found one that others seemed to like. I mean you can try him out and switch if you like but just don't feel like you "have to" go to this guy since your OB recommended him.
I know it is a big scary step to see a fertility dr but really it's just one step closer to getting that baby in your arms.
Oh and glad the hcg is already out of your system.

Got 2 positive OPK's today. dh decided he wants a ttc break. i have no idea whats going on now. like the only saving grace all this BS ttc junk has is the fact that you get to try again every month. and now he wants to wait until the end of july for some uknown reason. i DO NOT get how he thinks taking a break is a good thing.....i seriously feel like screaming. but i can't even cry cause the more emotional i get about this the more likely he is to make me wait until july. i tried convincing him to try again one more time (like tomorrow), but he wouldnt answer.....i dont think i have ever felt more frustrated than i do right now.
