So thats what they are for. I think Angela had one on London in some pics and I remember thinking it was some religous neclace She mentioned what religion she was once and I wasn't familar with it, so I just assumed.. Doh! I feel really dumb now!
Anyhow, do they really work? They don't even chew them?? Seems hard to believe the stones just give something off that dulls the pain. My DH would make fun of this for sure.

I almost bought one today but changed my mind at the last minute! I'm in! You should post this on the CD board too! There was a couple threads over there the last few week expressing interest!

HAHAHAHAHAHA Ok just for your knowledge here you go---- LOL I'm Bahai and here is some basics lol- Core Beliefs | Bahai Faith | Baha'i Faith
They work GREAT!!!! I'm actually getting another one because I want one on him at all times but I want more variety!
Also FYI the lighter the color and the cloudier-the strong the resin in them.

Aren't there also teething necklaces so that Mom can wear so baby can chew on them instead of messing with her nice necklaces....a lady near me sells organic stuff and she sells them....I've been buying all kinds of stuff from her - bathing suit with built in swimdiapers for Nora for one that I'm really pumpled about....don't have to put those swim diapers on her!

I was thinking of making my own! Joann's carries amber so why not? Now my question is can I add other stones to it to dress it up some??

Chris has one and I love it, we have never had a problem with teething, not even with the back teeth coming in. Too bad I already got one for Alissa or I'd join in.

Will they still work if they are worn over clothing? I'd imagine it would be hard to keep it always in contact with skin.

I could never keep Chris' under his shirts and it still seemed to help. Even if it's not fully in there's still some contact on the back of the neck at least.
