The doctor I spoke with last night bumped our appt from Wed to today and everything went really well. My hcG from Friday was 12,552 and my hcG from Saturday was 24,220 and my progesterone was 20.9, all good numbers. We saw the baby on the ultrasound and s/he looked just like a little bean complete with heartbeat.
The due date we are going to work off of is Dec 27th so it looks like we'll be getting an extra-special Christmas gift this year. I go back in two weeks to check on my cyst, it's getting smaller but there was quite a bit of blood in my pelvic/abdominal cavity so they just want to keep an eye on it.

Thank you so much, ladies and a big thank you to everyone for supporting me through this rollercoaster.
The cyst is definitely still hurting, it hurts more when I stand up or pick up something heavy like my little Violet. It is getting smaller though so hopefully it will be gone soon and not bothering me anymore.
We are going to wait until the birthday to find out the gender, I'm excited to be surprised this time around!
