Ok girls I need ya! For the last 3 days or so, after I walk around a lot and during the night/early morning, the top to middle of my tummy gets this intense burning pain. Almost like my muscles are worn out and are working over time kwim? They come in waves too. Most of the time my lower tummy and sometimes my back aches after them. Isabelle isn't thrilled with them either. are these contractions???

Eta: after big ones I get nauseated for a bit. Which I've heard is normal, right?

I doesn't sound like it to me...but everyone is different and every pregnancy is different. I will say that my contractions with Preston were WAY different than my contractions with Edward. With Edward, I had intense PMS like cramps that hurt from my belly around to my back. With Preston, I had cramps, but different than the ones with Edward...more intense and not at all like PMS cramps. Do you have wine??? If you have a small glass, it's supposed to go away or stop if it's not contractions. So I've heard anyway!

Yeah I remember them being lower with Ian. I wonder if its heartburn? They've been coming every 2-5 min since we got done at the barn. I don't wanna bug my midwife since its after hours...ill give her a call in the am...

hmmm ya doesn't sound like contractions to me, or atleast anything that would indicate progression if that makes sense.

With Curtis I had alot of cramping type pains then after my water broke real contractions hit and they were obvious. My whole stomache tightened up.... a pressure wave (hypnobabies calls them that right??) is a perfect way to describe them.

I've never experienced contractions with burning. It's always started out at harder than normal period cramps that intensify and start to feel like my uterus and cervix are ripping I hope it's doing something in there, whatever that was

My contractions started as period cramps, if that helps any.
