I'm almost 4 weeks post pardum and for the past week just about everyday I'll have a bought of nausea for about 30 minutes. Am I the only one who experienced this?

Today I have nausea and a stomach cramp after eating Tombstone pizza. Its not a particular food, just various foods.

And no I'm not prego, I have no mate and even if I did, sex is far from my mind.

Are you still on pain meds? Id say anything is normal after having a baby lol Can you call your OB and ask? Or Google it? hope it passes for you soon!

I feel the same, anything is normal because of so many hormonal changes. I know since having Kylie, I don't know if it was from how nauseous I was on and off my entire pregnancy, but certain foods still make me sick. I am not minding because it makes it easier to lose weight! At your 6 week appointment I'd ask your doctor, but sounds like hormonal changes are doing it. Are you BFing or FFing? I know right before my first 2 AF's I felt a little nauseous a few days before.

Yeah with all of the hormonal shifts going on I feel like just about anything is normal. I'd mention it at your 6 wk PP check up.

I'd say the same as Shannon. It's most likely hormonal adjustment going on. Saying something about it at the doctors would be a good idea.. maybe iron level or something? I'm NOT a doctor lol.

I've never been post pardum, but I bet it is very similar to the morning sickness you get in the beginning of pregnancy because of all the hormone changes.
