My apologizes if I have missed your updates... I have been horrible at keeping up with reading posts.

How do you feel? Are you nervous at all for your VBA2C? How about hubby? Everything all set up? Are your kids going to be there for the birth? I want to know everything!!!

Sorry I didnt see this on my phone!!! (Candace we need an update from you as well!!!)

Im ok I posted a big long thing on the FB page, but Ill copy and past what I wrote over there, to here:

"My body is getting ooberly close. I dont think Ill make it past friday, honestly...Thought I was in early labor this morning and it tapered off. Then this afternoon around 5ish, I started getting the painless tightening ones, but they did have a little twinge before they would hit! As soon as I broke out the contraction timer, they stopped Been fine the rest of the night. Im crampy in the mornings so well see what happens over the course of tomorrow (mom's taking my kids for me all of tomorrow and overnight!!!) Im curious if the stress Ive been feeling with the kids (they sense baby coming and are acting out, anyone elses kids do this??) is hindering labor....ideas? thoughts? Tomorrow is my EDD, but am perfectly willing to let her bake another week or 2."

So pretty much thats me in a nutshell. Getting very hard to sleep at night (Ive slept great this entire pregnancy) Body is gearing up which Im noticing, and Ive never done this with my other 2. Hubby is getting excited to hold his new baby girl He loves the fact my belly finally popped! Even more so after last weeks belly shots (Ill take more tomorrow)

Are you nervous at all for your VBA2C? Yes and no, my midwifes are doing a great job and reminding me that I am NOT the first person to go through with this, and Im certainly not the last!! Very calming ladies

How about hubby? Like I said up there, he is Super ready for his wife to be back This pregnancy has made me kinda edgy and doesnt like it when I get mad....its bad

Everything all set up? Put together, yes, set up, no. I have a small townhome, so its been a space saver to just keep her stuff in a closet till we have her. Were ready when she is!!

Are your kids going to be there for the birth? No. They are still young enough yet that they feed of my attitude. If I fall and act hurt or cry, they are instantly crying too. Both of my kids are very intune to me. They know mommy has a baby in her tummy, and that Ill be swimming in a tub and then push her out of my "Mommy hole" But as far as actually being there, no. My step mom will have both kids (and the dog) for a few days, to give me and Isabella time to bond before the rugrats....I mean, my angels come home

Thank you for thinking of me!!!

~Beth

Thanks for the update! I am also horrible at keeping up on FB. Sounds like you are already to go. And its nice you will have a couple days to just relax as much as possible and get to know your new little girl. Is someone taking care of your mare for you? I am getting excited for you! I'm going to love reading your birth story

Yup jay will still be doing barn chores, so she will he taken care of. Since I'm partial care, she gets turned out and fed for me so if we skip a day of stall cleaning for just her, its not a big deal. Even then I should only be down for a few days, so he should only have to catch a ride till I'm up and driving.

Mommy hole!

I was thinking about your barn chores the other day. I was being stubborn and went to Walmart by myself, much to DH's dismay. The cart got heavy and I was walking all over the store trying to find stuff because I'm still not used to the layout and I started panting! I have never panted grocery shopping! I felt so pitiful. Anyway, I was wondering if you were still doing your barn chores because holy poo if you are!

I myself stopped cleaning at 4 months. Started getting small cramps after i would get home. But I do still help feed and bring in horses. It's given me time to spend on my yearling, and i thank my hisband daily for helping me! He's such a good man he gets mad if i stand on a chair so I let Ian do it for me and i get yelled at for letting the 4yr old do it by hubby haha I cant win
