I have not been on much lately and I don't think I have made a real update in awhile. Landen is super busy all the time. Like really super busy lol. He is getting so smart though. He can count to 3 although I don't think if I pointed to the actual numbers he would know what they were. he is talking alot but only when he feels like it  ! Right now he is learning "please" and "sorry". His first sentence was "No mama STOP THAT"   He was telling me to stop telling him no for kicking  ! He is super scared of cars they will be parked and he gives them an unsure look haha! He is really into pandas and kitty cats. He has a toy cat that goes everywhere with us and when the dog goes near it he freaks out. I am tiring to cut down his booby time winch is not going well hah. But I have been keeping up with it and he doesn't ask as often now!!!! I'm also trying to get him to sleep on his own. As much as I love sleeping with him I'd really like to sleep next to my husband.
My car came a few days ago and all my stuff came 2 days ago! Alot of my stuff is damaged  most of Landen's big toys are completely destroyed. They are like crushed and bent in half. They packed my Wee wrong and broke the censer thing. They chipped and scratched up some of my furniture and my spoons and kitchen utensils are not here. Luckly they should pay us for the damage but I doubt it will really be enough to replace the stuff. But I am still glad its here! My house is alright... I'm not ready to flip out on y'all about it just yet hah!
America is awesome! We can actually do things past 5pm!!! And there is so much to do and eat!!!!!! We are so glad to be home!!!

Im sorry about your stuff!!!!! What a crock!!!! Now how come you couldnt do anything past 5 there? is that like quiet time after 5? that bites LOL!!
He is sooo adorable!! I love the first picture of him and LB! thats how my kids are with the puppy but the puppy is ALOT smaller Im glad his puppy is so kind  Im glad weaning is going good for the most part! You nursed him a hellova long time!! Congrats!!!

I'd be ticked about the stuff being damaged! Ugh! So now you have to spend the time re-buying it too. You should take the money and buy new bigger toys for Landen on craigslist or something, maybe save some $ that way.

oh no! I am so sad that your stuff is damaged. Document, document, document! File those claims and fight them on everything so that you can get reimbursed.

i know it's a pain, but you guys can file moving claims, right? doesn't make up for your stuff getting damaged, of course, but i hope you can get some compensation.

awe landen is so precious! i still feel like it was just yesterday that you found out you were preggo.... i'm glad ur loving being back in the states! the states does have lots of good stuff. i hope they pay to replace all the stuff that broke, that is just so irritating, but you really seem like you take it in stride! good job
i made muffins and typed out the recipe, i think i might share it over on the cooking board

Landen is so darn CUTE!!!! I see so much of both you and Chris in his sweet little face!!!  I LOVE the photo of him sleeping like a man! I'm sorry your stuff was damaged! You would think they'd try to take better care of it but it's not theirs so why would they!?

Oh man, I'm so sorry to hear about all your stuff... damaged and missing?? That's horrible!!! I hope you can get reimbursment but sounds like it's a hard thing to do?? I hope it goes okay and that you get everything covered. That really sucks!

Oh no, those sleeping pics are the best!! Especially the "manly" one. Did he get that from his daddy? He is SO cute Angela.
I'm glad you are able to wean him a bit, I remember you talking about how much he was addicted to the boobies. He's growing up so fast. You gotta update us more!
My mom moved to another state recently and the movers broke all of her stuff too, including her nice flat screen tv! I mean they broke thousands of dollars worth of stuff, so I can only imagine coming overseas how much damage could happen. I'm sorry it got all damaged, that sucks. Is insurance covering it or is it a government thing? Hers was insurance and she was fully reimbursed... just don't let them push you around.

Yes I am definitely going to try to get what I can for the damaged stuff! Its mostly toys but toys are not at all cheap. It was heart breaking watching Landen play with his F'ed up kitchen yesterday lol!!!! Poor little guy was using broke off handles as phones and unbending it to get in the oven! And yes it was the military that moved us. I feel lucky because a few of our friends had TV's, expensive knife sets and all kinds of things stolen.
Beth the town I lived in everything just closed super early, 5 on weekdays and 3 on weekends... well besides bars hah!
Our biggest move mistake so far- Our big TV is 220v and it needs a backwards transformer (or whatever) to make it work.
