So I leak often. Like very often. I'm a milk machine over here. I pump about 50oz/day. I use to pump every 3 hrs, then went to every 4, now I'm at ever 4 to 7 hours. Sometimes longer if I'm out the house. My letdowns are so strong so putting her on the breast while out is impossible, as I literally squirt all over the place. I love the Lansinoh disposable breast b/c they're the only ones that arent itchy. But I leak so often that I went to BRU and bought some washable ones. I got Avent and some organic ones.

Which washable pads do you ladies like the most?

I know some of you mentioned Lily Padz, I'll look into those since its possible for me to swim with them.

LANACare Ekstra Wool Nursing Pads - Nurtured Family

These are the ones I have, and I still manage to leak through them but they're really thick. I have the lansinoh disposable ones for wash day and if I put those on WITH my wool ones I'm usually good to go.

I just use the disposable ones. I change them every couple hours, and Ive never leaked out of them. I want to get some lily padz too for swimming.

I just got some pretty flannel ones from Esty. I don't leak a ton - just at night when I'm sleeping on my belly - but they are SOOOOO soft and have many layers. I think I paid about $1.50 a pair. They wont work if you leak a LOT though.

I don't remember the brand of the washables that I used but I didn't like them so I just used the disposables.
