Naming a girl would have been easy lol, we already had a name picked out. But Matt and I disagreed on just about every boy name.

I got out a baby book and wrote down a four page list of decent names. Then we narrowed it down... and narrowed it down. We now have a top 3 or 4, but i don't feel particularly attatched to any of them! They look great on paper, but when i try to attach the name to the little man in my belly, they just don't seem right.

I know i don't have to make this decision now, but it's got me all on edge! LOL/

Are you going to share the final cut? Congrats on a boy!

We only had girls names too and when we found out it was a boy, OMG it was like WW3 trying to agree on a name. It doesn't help when your last name is Szczepanski either, that knocks out like 95% of all baby names, hahahaha. I would love another boy, but I have no idea what his name would be as DH nixed every name but the one we decided on.

We had the same problem except the girl name was the difficult one for us. I thought we would have a name picked out as soon as we found out the sex, but it took us a really long time! Maybe if you give it some time you will warm up to one. If I went with my first pick and didn't think on it a while Charlotte would be named Alana.

right now we're down to John/Jack, Robert, Ryan, and Theodore. I feel like everything sounds retarded with the last name Kiniorski. I find myself sneaking peaks at names we already crossed off the list too, like Jacob.

I like your name choices. I think they'd all work well with your last name except maybe Theodore, b/c it's a lot of syllables to go with your last name. I wasn't 100% sure on our name until Matthew was born and even then it's kind of like he "grew into" it.

I think they all sound good with your last name (or at least the way I am assuming it is pronounced). I really love Jacob... I can never use it though because that is my step brother's name.

Yeah... so not looking forward to the 'naming conversation' with DF - we have such different views on name! Just keep the list with you and I'm sure the perfect name will come when bubs arrives!

Yeah.... couldn't come up with a middle name for that one. Maybe Hugh?

Ugh Daniel and Gregory have crept back in!

I like all your names. It's so hard isn't it? We could never figure out a for sure girls name when I was pregnant with either of the boys, fortunately it wasn't an issue. Then with Lila we couldn't figure out a for sure boys name but the day after I got my positive test we had decided on her name. Weird how that worked out. You might be better going into the delivery with a short list of names and then sees what fits him best. You've got a lot of great choices though!

ugh DF and I are terrible when picking names, he doesn't like the ones i do and I don't like the ones he does... we're going to have an awful time agreeing on something.

I like your names! and I think they all found nice with your last name, even Daniel and Gregory! good luck coming to a decision. the right name will come to you.

You will find one, no worries. Jaxon wasn't named until well into the 3rd trimester. We actually agreed on another name prior to that, but after using it on a 'trial run', I felt like it just didn't fit. We refused to tell anyone the name irl until after the baby was born, so I didn't feel bad about changing it around as I felt like it.

We had 2 names picked out *Harry & Holly* before we knew Mia was a girl. Then when I was told she was a girl, I changed my mind. It didnt seem to 'fit' - Like you said, the baby in my tummy. Holly suddely lost all 'wow factor' for me. I think I was around 30 weeks when we finally decided on a name for her. It took us ages for us to pick a name we both liked.
Even when she was born I found it wierd to be called her Mia.

I really like Theodore

Out of those names I definitely would lean to Gregory. As someone who was always one of the Kati(e)'s. I dislike names that you may have too many of in a class (case in point, I named my son Osric). I haven't heard any Gregory's being born lately but have heard Ryan, John, and Jack recently. Daniel would be my second choice. :-)
