Can I just brag for a second?

I mean it's not really a brag but more of a post stating my love for my new place. hahahha okay that's a brag

Anywho... I'm just feeling so amazingly blessed!!! We had a BBQ with James' birth mom, her new boyfriend, and his two kids (10 and 12 I believe, we met them for the first time) and it was just a blast!!! It was so beautiful outside that we just hung out in the yard. They played soccer and I sat on the deck nearly in tears (i'm an emotional preggo what can I say!?) thinking of how we can call this place ours (well we are renting but I'm sure you understand). I've NEVER had a house this nice before... even while living with my parents.

I had a play date yesterday and it was alot of fun as well. I had my friend over with her two boys so the four of them were just running around like crazies! There was so much room and they were loving the outdoors! That night James saw that the neighbours were playing outside (we live in a very quiet cul de sac) and so he grabbed his bike and started doing some flatlanding tricks, impressing every one of course haha. So me and the boys headed out and met all the kids and the other parents. It was so fun. There is a little girl who is almost 4 and her sister is 2. Curtis loved them hahah (if you saw on my facebook the 4 year old was the girl he was singing too from his window lol). It was just so nice. I've never had this feeling of community ya know?

And we've been putting so much money and effort in to the new place too!! Just making it ours and it feels so nice!! I can't wait to show you guys pictures. It's not huge and it's not amazingly beautiful or anything but it's perfect for us for sure. And it's SOOOO much easier getting the kids in and out of the car, and bringing in groceries since it's our own driveway and not some parking stall a walk away from our apartment!

So anyways. I'm done hahahha. That was along post about nothing really but I just had to get it out

I'm feeling SOOOOO blessed, so amazed at what life has given us

That is so great for your family. I remember when we went from a condo in the city to a house in the burbs. Life is much easier with a house and garage!
