Can you DTD while on the vaginal progesterone? i'm worried dh's junk will shrivel up into lady parts if it gets the woman hormones all over it!

Also did anyone else have a lot of umm watery stuff coming out? obviously the pill stuff eventually comes out but i think quite a bit of water also comes with it......i've also been really really thirsty..... (making it impossible for me to test during the day bc i can't save any pee and any i do save is all watered down! dang it!)

Sarah that really made me giggle! - I dont think his parts will shrink up cus the lady hormones should get aborbed into your blood stream. The only time i think youd have to abstain from sex is if the dr told you too?

My friend was put on pelvic rest (meaning nothing in the vagina) the entire time she was on the suppositories. I think it was more because her doctor didn't want to risk the progesterone not being absorbed properly.

I was on pelvic rest when I was my suppositories as well. Once i was cleared at 10 weeks, we were set to have sex!

omgggg I just died laughing t hat y our hubbies parts my shrivel up and turn into lady parts! hahahahaha! I don't know if you have to abstain, but I would think they would have mentioned that to you if you should, but better to be safe than sorry. Can you call before your next appt just to ask?

Dh and i DTD, but not around the time i took the suppository. He thought it was gross. I only took them once a day, so we'd DTD as far from that point as possible. But to be honest we didn't DTD for a REALLY long time. I was too nervous.
