I can't believe that Nolan is 3 months old....it feels like he has been here forever, and at the same time it feels just like yesterday he was born. I'm thankful that it doesn't feel like the time is flying by TOO fast!!!
At his 2 month appointment he was 14.6 lbs, so he is definitely well over 15 lbs now. I'd even put him at 16ish pounds, which is so amazing to me because he was SUCH a peanut when he was born!!!! Only 7.14 lbs!
He is such a happy baby - loves to give grins and smiles. He just started laughing, he has only done it once in the bathtub but I'm trying to get him to do it again. He loves to "talk" now and sing with me when I sing to him. He's rolled over a couple of times but I'm not sure if it is just everything lining up perfectly or not because he seems to only do it when he wants to. Now at tummy time he just pumps his legs and yells at me like "MA I WANT TO GET MOVING!!". He is basically in constant motion, between waving his arms, kicking his legs or looking around at everything. Everyone tells me I am in trouble when he figures out how to get moving...thankfully I'm feeling like even when he rolls, he will be trying to figure out the fastest and easiest way to get to things. Now he is grabbing everything (even the camera out of my hands) so it's been interesting trying to "adjust" to what we have in his radius for him to grab onto, haha. He LOVES to be read to, and you can't just read ONE story or he will start SCREAMING! So he gets 2 or 3 in a sitting, haha.
Still nursing....he is pretty much a boob addict and now has started to talk to them when he is done eating. I feel like he is thanking them for such a nice meal.

He has slept through the night ONCE. He's doing better though - he used to wake up around 1 am, 3:30 am, 5...6...7...8... but now he goes down around 9:30, wakes up around 3 and then 630 I bring him in our bed, nurse him and we sleep until around 8:30/9. He greets me with the biggest smiles in the morning....although yesterday he woke me up by singing and waving his arms around - while holding onto a BIG chunk of my hair!
I really feel like I am just so blessed with such an amazing baby. I couldn't have ordered a more perfect child from a catalog...and it amazes me even more that Matt and I MADE him. Everyday with him is so exciting and I am so lucky to be able to be home with him and see every moment of his life. He is so laid back and easy going, I can take him anywhere and as long as he will fall asleep (he likes to fight naps when exciting things are going on) he hardly ever gets upset. Anyways, enough gushing here is the good stuff!!!
