My desktop stopped working So we replaced it with a lap top but we have a place for it. We have both computers set up on a table in the living room right beside our TV. James` computer is connected to the PS3 so we can use it as a media server, we have a ton of movies and music on it. It`s all connected so it`s all on the same wall.

We have both. I use the laptop and DH uses the desktop. I use my laptop on the couch and up until a couple of weeks ago, the desktop was in our office/guest room. My little sister came to stay with us for about a week so DH moved his desktop to the dining room table...where it has stayed He likes being able to watch the TV and be in the same room as me, but it looks so ugly!
At our new place we will hopefully have a desk for his desktop in our living room since we won't have a spare bedroom anymore.

It's a laptop. The last few days have been the only days in MONTHS where I have been on it-- notice me posting? It's much harder from my Droid. I would love a desktop though, my posture would probably be better!

We have a desktop, laptop, and netbook. The desktop and laptop is in our third bedroom along with Damon's other "stuff". That door stays shut so Oliver can't go in.

DH and my desktops are in our room, its the only space in the house for them.
Our laptops are used wherever.
The kids netbook is always used downstairs.

My desktop is in the bedroom, DH's is in the living room. My laptop resides in my school bag and I only use it for school.

Sort of both.
We have a desktop in the family room. And dh and I both have laptops but they don't have internet access at the moment so we basically just use them as word processors so we can print off my good printer and not the crappy little inkjet.

We have a total of 6 laptops 5 desktops and 1 rather large server. DBF is a systems admins. so we have a variety sitting around. My laptop is usually with him, his home laptop is usually in the living room, his work laptop is in the bag unless he is working, then there is 1 he's fixing up to use as a second work laptop for the computer repair thing he's convinced me to do, and brayden's laptop (my first one and i tweaked it and added more ram) is most likely under the couch----I use this one for my photography too, then Brayden's desktop that we put a wireless adapter in is in the living room and used for netflix, then the other desktops/server are in a closet. 1 laptop is awaiting a hinge case that is like 90 bucks even on ebay so we are waiting to find a cheaper one. Laptop works great, but it was dropped and broke the plastic around the hinge so the screen flops back on it. Once it is fixed then it will go to his step dad or he may give the one he wants to make a 2nd work laptop to his step dad. At any rate, that's what we have. I only use the 2 laptops lol.

We have 2 Laptops and a Desk Top. My Laptop I usually use on the couch. DH's Desktop we have setup on a comp desk upstairs. There's a lil nook area between the bedrooms. And the other Laptop is in out bedroom but it really doesn't work well. If you move just the wrong way it will shut off. So annoying! In our new place were not sure were the Desktop is gonna go.
