$2500 later  We wound up getting all whirlpool. The washer and dryer i really wanted were to big for the space we had. DH told me If I wanna just get some cheapy ones that he would get me those when we buy a home and have a laundry room to put them in. So I said fine. As long as It's a big enough one. He wanted to get these super small 3.0 ones but i said no. I would be there forever doing laundry! So we got these GE top loader's that were $400 something each. We were about to get them when another sales guy said they really were the best ones. He said people have problems with the parts breaking all the time and have had a few brought back. I know I have heard this before as well. The next ones up were the Whirlpool Duet's front loader's. They were actually the ones we were gonna pick before hand but didn't. So they were about $6-700 each. The good thing is we get $100 back from state and $150 back from the city. There's both energy star appliances. The fridge we got was too. It's a basic stainless steel side by side. Never had a side by side before  Im excited for the ice maker in the door! Ill take pic's later since Im not there yet.

So exciting!!! So you'll take all these appliances with you when you move? That will be nice You can save up to buy while in this place! That's what we are doing right now... saving to put a down payment on this place hopefully

When we moved into this house we bought a stainless side by side fridge too... I was SO excited about having ice/water in the door!  I think it looks nice and I love getting my water from the door... but I think next fridge we get we'll get the reguar one with the freezer on top, b/c I feel like I can't fit as much in this one, and its annoying when pizza boxes, etc. don't fit in it!
That rocks about the rebate thing since they're efficient...

Were moving this weekend. Im going to buy paint tomorrow and will be in the house on Sunday. No Internet till Tuesday  So you'll have to wait till after then. But Cambria's 2 year check up is Wednesday so Ill post everything then!

awesome!!! we've got all whirlpool appliances here, and i have to say i'm pretty happy w/ what we have. everything came w/ our house, though, except we got a new dryer 2 years ago. (the former owners didn't take good care of the washer & dryer...i'm surprised my washer still works, lol.)
boy, you are a busy little bee, aren't you, girl? gl w/ the move and everything else!
