Ahhhhh! At first i was soooo thrilled and excited but as i'm registering this fact i'm getting kinda nervous. Anyways my u/s is on July 6th in the afternoon so i will be 7wks 6days. I guess I have just had so many bad experiences with ultrasound is why i'm rather nervous. I immediately had to call and ask if they would let me/dh see the ultrasound since i have not been allowed to in the past (and this REALLY pisses me off and i planned to make a big stink if i wasnt allowed lol), and the girl at the u/s place sounded so nice and friendly and said of course we would be able to see! but it might be a bit blurry lol ugh i feel sad at the same time remembering myself begging to see the u/s of my first and the chick just straight up denying me. anyways back to the positive, my u/s is at the same hospital where my friend delivered her twins (and my midwives are affiliated with), i'm just SO THRILLED. I LOVE that hospital, i had to go there for my bladder infection issues and it's so nice. It actually feels kind of posh lol
oh on another note, to update you, we finally dtd since concieving and it was alright! not sure if other progesterone ppl had this but it was kinda, um burny after! for both of us, ouch. i did have a touch of spotting afterwards, but it was very light pink. i'm beginning to think my cervix is kinda irritated from the meds.
welllllllllll not too much longer till i get to see if theres a beanie in there! hoping sooooo much! oh i forgot to mention my SIL & payne r coming too, along with dh the whole famdamily lol

I had my u/s at 7 weeks and 5 days - will try to scan it in for you to see what it looks like, if you want. You don't get to see much - just a blurry space creature type thing!

How exciting! I had an u/s at 7w?d and you could see baby's head, body and heartbeat. If you really look close you could almost make out limb buds, this was on my RE's u/s machine so probably pretty fancy?
Then at my 9w?d u/s he looked like a real baby with arms and legs and everything, dancing around! That's what my avatar pic is.
can't wait to hear how it goes and see pics!

That is so great to have your scan scheduled!!! I had one with Lochy at 8 weeks exactly--I could even see him wiggle around! This is what he looked like:
ETA: Head to the left, legs to the right
