So I just realized that my midwives scheduled my u/s only 15 min after the start of my 45 min appointment with them! lol so i am going to call the u/s place tomorrow and see if i can get in earlier so i dont have to reschedule the midwife appt. fingers crossed it works out!

are you sure they dont just do the ultrasound there? thats how they did it with my first ultrasound, the OB just came in with me.

I would call the midwives and see what they what to do... since they made the appointments maybe there is a reason??

oh no she told me when i was there last time that they do not do u/s in the office. the girl told me when she called to give me the u/s appt time that i have to go to the hospital they are affiliated with (it's like a 10 min drive, plus finding parking, plus traffic etc). they just didn't check when my appointment with them was it seems!

no answer at the u/s place yet.......

I would see if you could move your midwife appt instead of the ultrasound

yep i ended up just moving my midwife appt a couple hours later, cuz i couldnt get a hold of the u/s place. i kind of liked the idea that i'd be closer to 8 weeks for the u/s but at the same time it would have been nice to see the heartbeat sooner! hehe

my ultrasound of Morgan at 8 weeks was a baby with a yolk sac, I doubt youll see much at 8 weeks LOL glad you got it figured out

I saw a HB at 7 wks 1 day!! It's amazing what you can see.

My midwives didn't do ultrasounds in office either, I had to go to the hospital to have them done.
