i was feeling really bad yesterday with a stomach bug and i was up a few times last night, so i made the call to miss bootcamp so as not to dehydrate myself. and now it's a beautiful morning and i can't sleep in and i wish i was there working out so bad! even though i still sorta feel a bit off in the stomach....but a bit better than last night.
i'm sure i did the right thing but it's such a bummer, if i didn't have to worry about the little gummy bear growing in there i would have totally gone. but i don't want to hurt it! i might try to see if i can swing joining in to the evening class tonight....

I am sorry you had to miss it, but it was probably the right thing to do. Hopefully you get to get in on the evening class!

Hehe! That is a 'symptom' of pregnancy too, young lady! I gone from one extreme to the other quite a few times already with this pregnancy!

Hope it is just a bug and it will go away soon
