Ignore him because you are none of those things. That is how he feels about himself. He is jealous that you are happy and moved on and that he is miserable. Plus it was Brayden's birthday so he wanted to ruin the day for you

It was a LONG conversation....and I told him exactly what you all said. He said that he never said I was fat or ugly but that I had to admit I had let myself go and had gotten some bigger. I put on 25pounds after having brayden, breastfeeding, etc. He wouldn't watch Brayden long enough for me to walk a mile----roughly 15mins----ride my bike a mile----what 5mins?----or go work out---an hour. NEVER. I never had any money to buy nice things to wear, makeup, get my hair done, that crazy lip waxed, etc. He thinks that I'm the only female in the world that has light hair growth on my lip for goodness sakes! I'm like uh no....I'm 30, had a baby and its normal Iasked the dr! I informed him that the dr's don't even know why I gained weight and have maintained a higher weight when I've tried to lose and that a husband loves his wife no matter what. and then he goes off saying I cheated on him yada yada and that I ripped apart our family and wanted to know if I regret it on days like yesterday. I thought WHAT?! Yes, i left him, I turned to the friendship I had maintained over the years with a guy friend...only a friend....because i had NO ONE to talk to, no one to go to for advice, nothing! And I knew if I tried to do it alone i'd go back again. I had no support system at all! And yeah we did eventually start dating and it lasted all of 6m. He even threw up to me the miscarriage! Then my blood pressure last night got to 160/132....I thought I was having a heart attack! He panics and wants to call 911 for me and gets all scared and thinks it was his fault and stuff. And i'm like why do you even care?! I mean seriously....he wanted to do marriage therapy and i tried 3 times and thought if he had wanted to change he would have over the course of 9yrs when I was literally BEGGING him to. it wouldn't have taken me leaving to see how bad he was being to us. So i didn't think any amount of therapy or whatever would last long term, so I didn't go back. And i told him he just wanted us both back because he missed up and realized he had screwed up and now he was jealous that I was happy. and if he had hated me as much as he always said when we were married then he should be thanking me for leaving instead of laying petty guilt trip arguments on me.
