So has anyone had... SEVERE round ligament pain?

I woke up for my nap today, unable to walk due to crippling round ligament pain that won't go away. I can't walk without crying. I went to urgent care and they told me thats what it was. It fits my symptoms to a T... but it really kills.
Anyone have any experience with this?

Have you tried a warm bath with some epsom salts? Or even a heating pad? You'll need to use the heating pad on low with something over your belly since it's a sensitive area right now.

Mine never got that bad. It was painful, but certainly not to that degree. The more I kept movig the better I felt (to a point... don't over do it). I hope it is a temporary thing! Maybe you are just going thrrough a growth spurt?

I KNOW i'm going through a growth spurth. I gained almost 10 pounds in a very short amount of time. So i really makes sense.

A bath sounds like a great idea, Kate. I'm just afraid i won't be able to get out again!

This happened to me. Take a bath, it should help with the pain. It sucked. I couldn't move for a couple of days without feeling like death.

That sounds so awful I'm sorry, I hope you can get some relief!

I never had anything that bad. Just the normal aches and pains (not that yours isn't normal, just not as severe). This time I'm SOOO achy..... unbelievable. But nothing I can't handle, yet. I really really hope your pain goes away!

I hope you feel better soon! I had severe SPD with Lila and the last 2 months especially I could barely walk, let alone get dressed or shave my legs. I was in tears from the pain every day (it started getting really bad around 29 weeks). Even now I still get sore doing certain things but its a million times better than it was during pregnancy.

Heres a blurb about what I had
Pubic Pain

ETA: I only mention what I had because severe round ligament pain can lead to SPD and it really sucks! I hope it doesn't progress to that for you!
