So as soon as 9am rolled around, i got a call from my doctor. She seemed to have a good idea of what was going on. When she called to check on me last evening, they hospital put her on hold for forever. When i told her that everyone was saying they didn't know who i was, and that's why she was on hold, and that i hadn't been seen in 4 hours, she blew a gasket. Apparently she is going to makes sure this is "taken care of". She's one of the top docs here, so i sure hope she makes a fuss. I'm going for the same ultrasound i was supposed to get yesterday, at the office tomorrow. Till then i am on rest.

Good you rest, take care of that little guy in there....can't wait to hear what you doc does to those hospital peeps!!!!

Glad you got to talk to your doctor!! That is just ridiculous what they put you through!!! Have the contractions eased up?

The contractions are actually much better! I contracted quite a bit last evening after coming home from the hospital (big surprise), but after that almost nothing. I only was woken up one time during the night with a contraction.

Yes!!! This is what I was hoping to hear. I hope those nurses can't sit for a week after getting their ***** chewed out. I understand a lot of nurses are overworked but what they did to you was ridiculous....there is some responsibility of care there!
Glad to hear those contractions are calming down too!

i'm glad your doc is looking into what happened, cuz that was totally rediculous. I feel like you go to a place like the hospital trusting that these people are there to look out for you (and your baby!) and then it seems like everybody is just avoiding work, or at best they are overworked, but still whatever the reason it is inexcusable and needs to change!
i'm so glad the contrax have eased up and that you get some down time for now *hugs*

I am so glad that your doctor is going to do something about it. You didn't deserve that at all. I hope everything goes well at your U/S tomorrow and I hope those contactions stay away!
