Prayers for my momma please

My mom is in the hospital. She has severe ulcerative colitis....I'm sure I spelled that wrong. She's had it for years and years. She is in a really bad flare up and is bleeding really bad. Her GI dr sent her straight to the ER and told her they would be doing a lot of testing. She is expecting to be admitted. I'm not posting this on FB because she doesn't want a lot of the family knowing about it, or else they'll literally flood the hospital and just be a pain.

But please if you can some prayers sent her way would be greatly appreciated

It's been years since it has been this bad.

Ugh i'm sorry. i know that is so painful. Prayng for your mom, than there isn't too much damage done.

They want to keep her, but it's the weekend and nothing can be done til Monday. She wants to come home until Monday

She's in so much pain and the bleeding is pretty severe

I hate this so bad. She went a couple years where she pretty much had to stay in bed due to the pain. Her CT scan showed a large amount of upper colon inflammation.

they kept her. I took her her laptop so she has internet and can at least do something. They said it could be colitis, cancer, and ct showed an area that looks deprived of o2 and blood but the dr said it could be the colitis. her colon is extremely inflammed. She is on cipro and flagyl in addition to her other meds. She's on a liquid diet because they want to do a colonoscopy but can't due to the swelling and inflammation in her colon.
