Oh no. Poor J.J, he can't seem to catch a break! I hope they clear quickly.
Is he drinking well even though he's not eating?

He ate dinner pretty well last night and breakfast this morning -- which is all good. His doctor recommended alternating motrin and tylenol every 3 hours, and benedryl before bed (to help him sleep).
He is drinking more formula then normal -- about 48oz per day. He normally gets 32oz. I assume its because its easier for him to drink, than eat.
He has a sore right on the tip of his tongue

What is that? It sounds vaguely familiar but I have no idea what it is. It doesn't sound like it is any fun, poor little JJ.

My 8 month old son just got over the Hand Foot and Mouth virus.. I know how horrible it is..
Are you giving Motrin? That's the only med that would help my lil man.. I hope he feels better before his party.. We kept sanitizing everything when my son had it, didn't want to risk my daughter getting it.. Which by the grace of God, she didn't.. But my DH 8 year old niece caught it.
My son has been sick a lot too, mostly asthma related stuff.. So I can totally relate.. I figure, what's next.. Bring it on.. lol

Motrin and tylenol alternating every 3 hours between the 2. It's not helping.

ETA: He is considered "not contagious" on Friday (1 week after symptoms began) so we are gonna sanitize all his toys and the floor and everything Friday night. Not to mention, I need to bake a cake that night. Gonna be interesting lol.
Did I mention in the middle of this HF&M, we are switching his GERD meds for a 4th time AND he is getting his 2 upper molars?
