Almost EVERY time she poos while in a sposie she blows out of it. I'd say about 80% of the time. Out the front, back, legs, sometimes all three. Is that normal for BFing babies? When she is in a disposable it is a Huggies... it's not like they are super cheap. We've gotten to where we really don't like sposies, which is totally cool with me! I'm just wondering if Charlotte's is living up to her Super Pooper nickname?

One more reason to use cloth! haha! Lily was doing that in sposies too. When we went to Chicago and I was using sposies I put a cover over them so the elastic pf the cover count contain any poosplosions!

They *usually* blow out of sposies when they are the wrong size. Try the next size :-)

We had occasional blow outs with sposies.. I think trying a size up is a good idea!

They don't look like they are too small for her, but then again I am still new at this. She is in size 1, which goes up to what, 14 lbs? She was 11 lbs 6 oz a week and a half ago... surely she isn't that big yet! I suppose maybe the fit just varies with each baby?

I had her in a sposie this morning because I was doing laundry. I took Shannon's advice and put a cover over it. Sure enough she blew out of the back of the disposable, but the cover contained it. No mess! Woohoo! Thanks for the advice!

I don't really know much about CD but could be the fit as well. Perhaps you can try a different brand and see if it might fit differently and contain the poopsplosions.

I was going to suggest the cover also! Glad it worked!
Not sure if its just BF babies but london would poop so "hard/forceful" on the toilet that we got tons of splash backs! LOL They are locked and loaded for action

also depends on how long she is. she may fit in them waist wise, but she might be too long for them, causing it to come out of the back.
