We went in today for her 2 month appointment. She is 12 lbs 7 oz, doc said that was the 90th percentile! She was 22 1/2 inches long. At birth she was 8 lbs 10 oz and I believe she was 19 1/2 inches long. She's grown so much!

She got her vaccines. The only one we delayed so far is Hep B. I would have delayed some other ones if she wasn't going to daycare. I think it was harder on me than on her! She got two shots. She cried when she got them but I stuck a boob in her mouth the moment the doc left and she was fine after that. Did I mention her pediatrition is awesome! I wish I could have her as my doctor.

She is SUCH a strong little one. She was lifting her head since the day she was born. Now she balances her head really well while holding her in a sitting/standing position and can hold it up pretty much as long as she wants. She can even support her weight on her feet if you just help her balance in a standing position!

She is still super attached to me but is bonding with DH too. Oh and she is smiling! I have yet to get one on camera though, they are elusive little things. You know I will post it as soon as I get it though!

Thanks Mari. I love her little smile, especially her eyes when she smiles. She got her daddy's gorgeous almond shaped eyes and they just glow when she smiles. Of course I'm probably a little biased! It just never occurred to me before I had her how a smile would just transform her whole face so much.

It is totally amazing to see their face change with that smile and it gets better with the toothless grin and then the tooth-filled grin. More wonderful times are ahead.

What a healthy little girl! I am glad everything went mostly well, aside from the shots. THey are definitely hard to watch, but I really do think it is harder on us than on them.

i'm so happy she's doing so well! i cant wait to see her smiles, i bet they are to die for! also i cant help smiling every time i see ur siggie!! too cute!
