It was lots of fun & a great workout! It's in a salt water pool at a local community centre and i just had a great time. There's a half hour talk at the start of class about a topic to do with pregnancy and then an hour workout in the pool. Today we talked about perineal massage....eeeeep. glad i dont have to do that for a while! Felt so good to be moving again though after taking that short break from bootcamp.

might go a few time a week & im thinking of doing a yoga class too, just for some stress relief 'me time'.

That sounds like fun! I never exersized when I was pregnant with DD but plan to with my next. I've heard prenatal yoga is great.

Sounds like fun! I'd love to start going to Yoga, but the morning sickness hasn't eased off enough for me to be sure I wouldn't throw up on someone!

yep all the differently preggo people were there, it was fun to be around that many preggos!

nope, its about $20, but theres also a half hour talk at the start so its kinda like prenatal class/workout in one, so i think its kinda worth it. plus its at a really nice private pool.
