So I did yoga today this morning and now i have the most painful gas i think i've ever had in my life. I am wondering if its from the yoga or just coincidence....man i thought for sure i was losing the baby or soemthing but nothing bad seeming has happened so far....still in pain though....just taking it easy on the couch watching jersey shore & teen mom... anyone else have this sorta thing? what triggered it? how long did it last?

I had that with Curtis, I ate too much brocoli haha. I have had it occasionally with this pregnancy and Dustin. It's so painful!! Try kneeling on the floor with your head down and butt in the air.. that can help to push the gas out (sorry if that's tmi haha).

this happened to me when i was mildly constipated. Starting having metamucil every morning with breakfast. That took care of it.

ohhh yes ive had it!! I had such painful gas in the hospital after having Bella (they want you to fart before they will put you on solid foods) and it got SO bad that I had to have an enema!! it felt soooo good to get all that gas out!!

TMI I know but yes, do the position that Steph said, it will help a lot!

hmmmm if you weren't pg I'd say lay flat on your back with your feet flat on the bed, but that might make you real dizzy. you might try some mylicon since it isn't absorbed so it wouldn't cross the placenta.

That happens to me once every few years and it's the worst!! I hope you feel better! I'm really regular so it's not constipation for me, just gas.
