It doesn't hurt when I go to the bathroom, but it seems like I'm going just a little too often, even for a preggo women! Plus my bladder does feel swollen, but I keep thinking it's just baby stuff going on in there...?
When I have a bladder infection, I can feel it. A burning when you pee, and having to go every 5-10 minutes, or even less. Often you feel like you have to pee when you don't.
I'm literally peeing, then less than 5 minutes later feeling like I need to go again! No pain or blood though... Will call my midwife tomorrow if it's still happening. Thanks ladies
at this age, your baby could just be big enough to apply pressure to your bladder. This has happened to me a few times. I freak out and decide i need to call my doctor... and right before i do.... he moves and i get relief. Something that usually helps the feeling, is to guzzle a pint of water all at once. It immediately fills your bladder enough to actually "go" every five minutes instead of the stupid trickle. And a full bladder can sometimes encourage baby to scoot away.

It could be the baby, or it could be the beginning of a bladder infection. Sometimes mine start out like that. By the time I feel burning, it's full blown and I'm in a lot of pain......see your doc if it keeps up or becomes uncomfortable!
I have had a ton of UTIs! I hate them with a burning passion! I can tell when I am getting them because it burns a teeny bit right after I go. If you aren't having any pain and your pee isn't stinky, you probably don't have a UTI. They get worse fast for me! I can literally feel it coming and I try to drink a ton of cranberry juice to ward it off. It's helped occasionally, but usually it's tenfold worse in an hour!
