I am feeling a little crampy since last night too though the spotting seems to be lessening. It's definitely still there though. I'm so worried that the baby died due to the loud music the other night. I feel like maybe that's stupid, but as soon as the concert started i sort of panicked like i wanted to get out of there but i just told myself to calm down and enjoy the concert. So after i started spotting which i guess is why i think it did something, because i felt that initial spazz out.

Ugh i may kill my MIL's dog today, either that or have it escape 'by accident'.

I'm sure everything is just fine. Once you can feel baby moving in there you will feel more at ease, I always do. KUP

BIG HUGS!

I am sure everything is fine, and hopefully your midwife will be able to put your mind at ease. Little baby is so protected in there that loud music really wouldn't effect him/her, but I completely understand your concern. KUP on how everything goes!

Im sure everything is fine too. I was crampy off and on throughout most of the pregnancy...you gotta remember things are stretching. But better safe than sorry, KUP!

Well the midwife couldnt find the heartbeat at all so that was kinda scary, even though i know its still early for that. so i whipped into this walk-in ultrasound place and it wasnt busy at all so i pretty much got right in. Baby is perfectly fine!!!! was moving around like crazy, stretching, and flailing its arms and legs around. She was measuring the NT again i noticed, and it was still really super small. honestly i was surprised that it was ok, because i was expecting the worst. yeah apparently concerts can't hurt the baby, but i never go to concerts and it was just SO loud, my innerds were shaking. we had amazing seats. the ultrasound girl measured lots of other things that were not the baby so i'm hoping she found something that explains the bleeding. she also asked me if i was on any medication to keep the baby in....i wonder why. i told her i stopped the progesterone last week. i think i will call the midwife back this aft and see if they phoned her with the results like she requested.

I'm glad baby is doing well! Yeah I don't think sound can do much at this point. I went to a wedding/reception at around 20 weeks and the music was obnoxiously loud. My phone started vibrating across the table I was sitting at from the music and I was sitting as far away from the speakers as I could. Charlotte is obviously just fine.

I read somewhere that the noise inside the womb is about as loud as a vacuum cleaner. It is mainly the bass tones that make it through from the outside, and baby can't actually hear them until much later on.

well they found another subchorionic bleed, so that explains why i was bleeding. so far no bleeding today though. the midwife i got in to see (my first midwives, second and thirds were all on holiday) was a newer midwife so she was going to ask a more experienced midwife if having several SCH's in a row had any significance....i didnt hear back, so i'm hoping that means it was fine, but i'll probably give another call on monday to see what the other midwife had to say.

I had a minor SCH when I was pregnant with Lily and while my OB did tell me it was most likely nothing to worry about, he also let me know that in the first trimester an SCH raises the miscarriage risk by 10%. His advice was to take it easy, no working out, riding my bike, running, or lifting anything heavier than a jug of milk. Since you've had at least two, it might be something to consider.
