So i've been wanting new bras for a while now & mostly wearing sports bras cuz all my old bras hurt and are uncomfy. so kinda as a celebration that my little boo is alright i finally ordered some today! I got these ones:
http://breakoutbras.stores.yahoo.net/hohmichwasst.html
http://breakoutbras.stores.yahoo.net/horinherre.html
I'm so psyched about them! They are so pretty! I emailed that place and we tried to figure out my actual bra size. that place is all about finding your true right size, so apparently i'm a 32E! (really a 30, but you go up a band size ifyou are preggo) LMAO that sounds so funny to me, but i'm willing to give it a go since all my 34C's are not working.
What bras did everyone end up getting for preggo/nursing?

I've looked at that line at MMB (momsmilkboutique) I'm SO tempted to buy something. I think James would love something a little sexier then the ones I have now.
James bought me a couple maternity bras and they are just SO amazingly comfy. I love them. I really dont know what the difference is between maternity and regular though? Just more expensive haha. Either way I love them. I have bought most of my maternity and nursing ones from Thyme Maternity. I believe it's a Canadian only store. I love everything in that store.. from clothing to underwear. I buy everything from there.

Cute! I get some cheap ones from Target. I actually wear them when I'm not nursing, they're so comfy

My all-time favorite "lounge around the house" bra is the Silk Seamless by Bravado. It's sooooooo comfy. I have to have something with a clasp in the back because my boobs get so huge and sore that it's a pain to pull a sports bra-type nursing bra over my head.

My favorite nursing bra was a Bravado. It was pricy but worth it. I don't wear it anymore because it's now too big. It worked great for those first several months. I also bought cheapies from Target.

I have yet to buy a nursing bra I like. I have a bravado and some cheapies from Target. The bravado one is very uncomfortable but manages to provide some sort of support, so it is my out of the house bra. The cheapies are actually fairly comfy, but they provide NO support for me. None. Ugh. So I wear them around the house. I'm still searching for a comfy bra that provides support, why is that so hard to find in nursing bras???! I just received a new one... I don't remember the brand but I haven't tried it yet.

I totally agree with this! The bravado was great for support and out of the house but I didn't want to wear it while home. They cheapie Target bras were good for holding a nursing pad in place and comfy but no support!

I got a couple very similar to the 2nd one you posted, except much cheaper. But I only had B-cups at the time so I didn't need so much support.
Just a word of caution- I started with a 30 or 32 band size, and by the end of my pregnancy I was around a 38!! I just got a few of those extender things and they worked fine.

I never bought nursing bras. I guess it wasn't necessary for me since I don't/didn't have huge boobs. I just folded over my bra and that worked.

Just thought I would add... the new one I got was an elle macpherson. I tried it on today and it was actually decent! Comfy enough for every day wear but still relatively supportive considering it is wireless. Best one I've found so far. Only down side is the front comes up pretty high, but it is lacy like a camisole so I'm hoping it will pass as one under my button-ups!

I just went down to my local outlet store and they recommended two pre-maternity bras. I got a shock when I was measured and was told I'm now a 10E!!

so i was googling the brand of the bras i bought and they are a brand from New Zealand! for us over here in north america we are supposed to go up a cup size for UK/NZ sizes which is how i ended up ordering a 32E as well! i guess i just never really needed to get properly sized so i just wore whatever size i tried on that was ok, but now i'm really hoping these 32E's will fit comfortably and properly...

I never really wore nursing bras. When I was home, I just wore sports bras because they were more comfortable and a heck of a lot cheaper....BFing is MESSY in the beginning and I could not wear a bra for more than 1 day without having to wash it, even with nursing pads.
When I went back to work or went out, I just wore a regular bra with nursing pads. I'm pretty flat though, so it was easy for me to just lift the bra out of the way. haha.
