I couldn't get signed in thanks to my crazy laptop not behaving. I just wanted to tell you both that my t's and p's are with you and your babies. And wondered how you both were feeling today?

Things seem fine so far. Contractions seem maybe a little more frequent, but not any more intense. I do however notice how low he's dropped. When I walk to the bathroom, I have that "bowling ball" between the legs feeling. Feels very heavy in my pelvis. I do not feel that labor is on the way though.

Matt has his butt in gear putting baby crap together. Trying to get ready "just in case". Kinda crazy though, my shower isn't for another 2 weeks! I'm speeding up the hypnobabies, cutting a day or 2 off each week. So i can learn everything in case of an early arrival. I'm nesting like crazy too. Since i'm not allowed to do anything, i find myself taking a sponge and cleanser in the shower with me, so as not to "waste" my standing time. And if you knew me.... my shower hasn't been cleaned in nearly a year....

Very glad things are going well. Getting ready just in case is good. I had Brady's room ready but I was no prepared! He was born just after his shower, but would have come a week before had I not changed the date to a month earlier to appease some family. Hope your little one stays put for a while!

Can Matt talk David into getting things in gear!! Man im on him ALL the time and he just does not get it! Yes he needs to stay in longer! At least 4 more weeks!!! Esspecially wait until after the shower. I mean you want to "play" with all the fun stuff for goodness sakes!

I have an appointment on Wednesday where they do the normal cervix check. She'll check the HB then and HOPEFULLY nothing is wrong. I have been getting Contraction's off and on. I had some strong ones last night but they were like once every few hours so I wasn't to worried. I have noticed Ive dropped to. I thought that doesn't happen with your 2nd? I have mostly everything for the Nursery done. I need to hang some pic's and Im still trying to talk DH into getting a chair, although I dont think it's working. Plus Im borrowing my mom's mini couch that folds out into a single bed. It's big but smaller then a love seat so he needs to go pick it up already!! I plan on sleeping in his room for a while so that David can get enough sleep this time around. I PROMISE Nursery pic's will be up soon!!

Amy, hope everything goes well at your appt!

Alice, you take it easy or we will come after you in the van! You might mention to someone close to you that a nice "baby" gift would be to pay for a housekeeper to come clean your house before baby comes! That way you get your house spiffed up without YOU doing it. I am totally doing that with my next baby when I hit full term.

Haha Amy! If i was in your shoes and things weren't ready yet, i would be soooo crazy! Can't wait to hear how things are going on wednesday!

Good news, i think Teddy crawled back up again. I don't feel him in my crotch anymore. I actually felt a body part in my rib for the first time yesterday. Maybe my poor abused cervix will make it after all!

Awe Alice I do understand what you are feeling. Brayden was always so low, they couldn't even get his head very well on u/s because it was in my pelvis! To get his head they would tilt the bed backwards and press really hard to get him to pop up a bit. That is a BAD feeling! Feels like your uterus is about to fall out and at times like something it pinching your wahwooo! (sorry for the graphic description) I went into ptl at 29wks and through rest and fluids kept him in til 35 on the dot. Lost the mucus plug at 34wks and 3days I think? anyway....take it easy and rest rest REST! It's VERY good that you feel he moved up!

Amy: UGH! MEN! Tell him to get cracking or we'll get the van after him too! Prayers that the HB is just fine! Seems like I know of others who had that and they were fine too. And my aunt is 60 and she's had a murmur forever. She just has to be careful getting her teeth cleaned.
