the bellies on the chicks in my DDC! i'm so jealous (in a nice way)......i know it takes longer with the first baby but if i flex my stomach muscles i dont even look a hint of pregnant! I sorta wanted to look at least a bit knocked up when we go away but at this rate it's not going to happen! i'm going to go steal one of those fake strap on bellies from the maternity store now.........hehehe

Don't be jealous. I popped early and I ended up huge by the end of my pregnancy! Maybe you won't end up as a beached whale like I did.

I didn't have a belly at all at your stage in the pregnancy either... it'll come! (unless you're Angela, )

You probably have nice strong stomach muscles. I was thin, but had no muscle. I was one of those people that could just pooch out my stomach and look pregnant on a whim. I think my uterus just took advantage and moved in early.

In the end you are going to have a very cute belly, and not the OMG MONSTER belly. LOL.

HAHA I HAD a bump... it was just itty!

I feel you we had a survivor like game of "last bump" ... yeah I won. I was so jealous of the girls till about 36 weeks... then they sounded very miserable and I was THEN ok with my belly! hahaha However being small has its downsides also.... most of the people I told I was pregnant asked "was something wrong with the baby" since I was so small?! It pissed me off. I was happy when I saw the new coming recommendations for wt gain because I was right in it, so it made me feel better.

I have a very tiny bump, I forgot about the belly place, so I just added a new one. I look completely un-toned from not working out and pale but I definitely have a little bump. I never really show until around 20 weeks, and I do not mind, I never get that uncomfortable!

I would much rather have a smaller bump. I'm miserable EVERY pregnancy by 23 or 24 weeks

what are the new recommendations for weight gain?

i was working out pretty hard before becoming pregnant so maybe my tummy is just nice and strong....i'm sure it will be a bump before long but i was just FLOORED by all the huge bumps going on in my DDC...mind you i'm also due at the end of feb so maybe that has something to do with it too.. *sigh*

I remember feeling that way too. I didn't by any means have a nice toned belly before getting pregnant, but I've always been super tiny. I always thought I looked huge, until I would look at all of the other belly pics. I didn't even get asked if I was pregnant until 23 or 24 weeks along. It really made me sad, I would wear tight shirts and everything, but I alwasy jsut looked chubby.

You are sooo lucky! I put on heaps of weight, like, straight away and had people asking me if I was preggers by 10 weeks. I hate it! My belly sticks out so far and I still think it's too big. Although I haven't put on any more weight in the last month so that's good.

I felt the same way. I wanted a BUMP!! I didn't really get a bump until like 18 weeks - the kind where people who knew I was pregnant would comment on. I didn't get a real belly until around 28 weeks. That was my favorite I didn't mind getting huge, even at 40 weeks! I still loved that big ol belly!

I felt that way too.. Except it wasn't online but my co-workers..

With my first, I looked bigger then my co-worker who was carrying twins.. She was also a few weeks ahead of me.. so not cool.. I was carrying a 6 lb baby and she was carry 10 lbs worth of babies.. lol

One of my other co-workers is having her 2nd baby the beginning of Nov and she looks so perfect.. You can now see her baby bump and it just looks adorable.. She's the type that once she has her baby, she'll bounce back to her size 2 clothing..

ugh.. I'm so jealous.. I wish my body would bounce back to the way it was when I was in my mid 20's.. lol

You'll pop soon. I had a pretty big bump in the end but I started off small too and I prefered it that way.
